For the holidays, O Kairos transforms into Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer.
Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer is a Christmas story written in 1939 by Robert Lewis May. This very popular story in North America is part of Christmas folklore and was published for Christmas by the Montgomery Ward department store in Chicago in the form of a coloring book. A film was subsequently made in 1964, the original version of which you will find here.
Robert Lewis May worked for the Montgomery Ward store founded in Chicago in 1872. It was then the first mail order company in the world.
The story is about a young reindeer who was mocked for his glowing red nose, but he ends up proving his worth on Christmas Eve by guiding Santa's sleigh through a dark and foggy night thanks to his glowing nose peeking through mist.
The character has become the symbol of overcoming adversity and accepting one's uniqueness. During all these years, he has brought and continues to bring joy to a large number of people during end-of-year celebrations.
