These olives are grown in certified organic olive groves in the Messenia region around Kalamata.
Our Organic Extra Virgin Kalamata PDO Olive Oil is renowned for its richness in polyphenols and other antioxidants. Its bright green color, fresh-cut grass aroma, and green apple notes, along with its slight pungency, earn it its Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).
The olives, harvested early in October while still green, are high in polyphenols, which give the olive oil its "peppery" taste.
It is an abundant source of unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid, a key quality marker for exceptional olive oil.

This premium olive oil is made exclusively from Koroneiki olives, carefully harvested and mechanically pressed within 24 hours of picking. No chemical treatments, synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides are used on the land to maintain soil life and fertility.
The olive grove, located in the village of Kaplani, Messenia, is in the process of obtaining organic certification.
It is renowned for its richness in polyphenols and other antioxidants. It stands out for its bright green color, fruity taste, gentle green apple and almond aromas, and slight pungency.
The olives, harvested in late November, begin to ripen, turning from green to a more purple color.
