This vinegar is made from cooked grape must from Trebbiano, Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana or Montuni grapes. They are fermented together with 100% Italian red wine vinegar (made entirely from wine). The product is aged for at least 60 days in oak barrels in accordance with the PGI law.
This white balsamic vinegar pairs with the spicy taste of mango, transporting your taste buds to tropical destinations.
It goes well with duck breasts, foie gras, fish, sauces, goat cheese, vinaigrettes and pastries. Perfect for fruit salads, it can also be used in ice cream, pancakes, cakes, even cocktails - its uses are endless!
